Nebraska looked to be poised to regain control of the Big 12 North division a few weeks ago after beating Missouri 27-12 in Columbia. The picture has changed somewhat, though, as the Huskers have dropped back-to-back home games to conference opponents since that win. Bo Pelini's squad is now 4-3 overall and 1-2 in Big 12 play, which has them sitting in fourth place in the North division standings. Nebraska's morale might have sank to a new low last weekend as the Cornhuskers fell 7-9 at home to Iowa State. The Cyclones were +8 in the turnover department, which allowed them to barely escape Lincoln with the win.

The Baylor Bears have not been the same team since quarterback Robert Griffin went down with a knee injury. As proof of such, the Bears have dropped three straight games, all of them to Big 12 competition. Oklahoma State was the latest squad to take Baylor to the woodshed, beating them 34-7 last Saturday in Waco. Art Briles's club is now 3-4 overall and 0-3 in league play. Not surprisingly, the Bears have made a home at the bottom of the Big 12 South standings.

Baylor has little hope of winning this game as its offense has been non-existent since Griffin's injury. The Bears have scored just 24 points over the last three games and it is doubtful they will do much against a Huskers defense that is allowing just 11.4 points and 265.9 yards per game.

College Football Picks Predictions Betting Trend: Baylor is 3-7 against the spread and 1-9 straight up in its last 10 games as a home underdog versus a Big 12 foe.
