In many respects the Wildcats are similar to the Jayhawks. They too have an offense that can score in bunches when it avoids turning the ball over, and they also have a defense that has trouble stopping people.

Both aspects of Kansas State's game were on full display in last weekend's loss to the Sooners in Manhattan. The Wildcats accumulated 550 yards of offense on the arm of quarterback Josh Freeman, but they allowed Oklahoma to score 55 first half points.
