The No.18 (BCS) Tulsa University Golden Hurricane have made plenty of noise on the football field against weaker opposition but have received little mention by the national media. Until now!...The Golden Hurricane, headed by second year coach Todd Graham have been sneaky maneuvering their way to No. 18 in this weeks BCS poll. Then Sunday night had the nation to itself as they entertained Central Florida in front of a national television audience.

In the game, Tulsa whipped UCF to the tune of 49-19 easily covering the -24 point spread given it by oddsmakers at BetUS.com . On Saturday, Nov. 1, the Golden Hurricane will step out of C-USA play to travel into SEC territory to play the Arkansas Razorbacks. Here, Tulsa will be tested. Tulsa needs a signature win and a victory over the Razorbacks would show the country it belongs.

For Tulsa to have a chance of crashing the BCS party, all four, No. 10 Utah, No. 11 Boise State, No. 13 TCU and No. 16 Ball State must lose in the next month while at the same time Tulsa must avoid losing. Their biggest test will be at Arkansas.
