Week 11 College Football Predictions and OddsWeek 11 College Football Predictions and odds: College football week 11 should be similar to last week, a week  that brought the gambler few great matchups but but produced several good ones. Of course the week 10 matchup and result of Texas Tech vs. Texas achieved classic status the second time expired. Again, the Red Raiders highlight week 11 in their matchup with the No. 9 Cowboys of Oklahoma State visiting Jones Stadium in Lubbock. Oddsmakers at sportsbook Bodog (Bodoglife.com) see the Red Raiders a field goal favorite (-3.0) in this one.

New BCS No. 1 Alabama gets to test its new ranking in hostile territory at LSU's Death Valley at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. The Tigers would like nothing more than to see the nation's top team go down a second week in a row. Bodog oddsmakers see the Crimson Tide as -3 1/2 chalk favorites in this CBS nationally televised game.

No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions, oddsmakers favorite to win the BCS national championship, faces a road trip to Iowa City, Iowa to play the Iowa Hawkeyes as a -7 1/2 chalk favorite. ABC will televise this game.

Texas looks to re-ascend the polls
from the No. 4 spot beginning with a trip up I-35 to face an improved Baylor Bears squad in Waco, Texas. The Longhorns are huge favorites here by a 26 1/2 chalk. It will be interesting to see how well the Horns can rebound from being loser in week 10's thriller in Lubbock. You can bet Texas will find no sympathy at Baylor.

No. 5 Florida, the new favorite to reach the SEC championship game from the east, travels north to play Vanderbilt in Nashville as a 23 1/2 road favorite. The Gators will attempt to avoid an upset to the dangerous Commodores following their huge win over Georgia in week 10.

No. 7 USC catches Cal at home in the LA Coliseum in an ABC televised game. The Trojans are favored by 18 1/2.

Thursday night, No. 8 Utah will try to survive a game with No. 12 TCU in a crucial Mountain West Conference battle that has major BCS implications. The Utes hold the highest ranking of schools from non-BCS leagues. The Horned Frogs roll into Salt Lake City as slight (-2 1/2) favorites.
