Florida State vs Florida College Football Predictions Picks: The Florida State Seminoles and the Florida Gators are set to do battle tomorrow afternoon at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Florida. The Seminoles, which possess a 6-5 overall record, enter this contest having won four of their last five games. Manuel, who will make his third straight start tomorrow in relief of the injured Christian Ponder, had a horrific outing, completing 17-of-27 passes for 206 yards and three interceptions. Still, FSU managed to post a total of 404 yards in just 22:55 thanks to a terrific day running the ball. The Seminoles finished the game with 198 rush yards and an 8.3 yards per carry average.

Despite Florida State's solid play of late, Head Coach Bobby Bowden seems to be under no illusions about Saturday's showdown with the Gators.

"Not anybody is going to beat them with an imperfect ball game. They're too good," Bowden said. "We're going to have to play the best we can play and they're going to have to turn the ball over. Upsets are caused by turnovers. When a superior team, No. 1, is playing somebody not ranked, than the only thing that neutralizes it is turnovers."

The Gators ran their record to 11-0 last weekend, smashing non-conference foe Florida International 62-3 in Gainesville. Quarterback Tim Tebow had an outstanding day against the outgunned Panthers, completing 17-of-25 passes for 215 yards and two touchdowns. Tebow also carried the ball seven times for 102 yards and a score.

While Florida meets Alabama for the SEC Championship next weekend, the rivalry aspect of this game certainly has the team focused on the Seminoles.

"There's a lot of hatred," safety Ahmad Black said. "It started even before us. It goes back to the earlier days. We're just trying to keep it going. We've won five straight, so we don't want to be the team that loses the streak."
