The two hottest football teams in Conference USA will square off for the league title on Saturday. Central Florida will bring a six-game winning streak into their match-up with Tulsa on Saturday in the 2007 Bright House Networks Conference USA Championship Game on Saturday. The Knights will face C-USA West Division champion Tulsa, who has won five straight since dropping a regular season road game to UCF at Bright House Networks Stadium on Oct. 20. The title game will be televised live nationally on ESPN.

The Golden Hurricane held off a late surge in Week 13, as they got past the Rice Owls 48-43. Tulsa failed to cover the 13.5-point spread on the road, and the 91 points sailed OVER the posted total of 78.5.
Paul Smith completed 23 passes for 443 yards with five touchdowns and ran for another to lead Tulsa.
The Knights scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to finish off the UTEP Miners 36-20 in Week 13. Central Florida could not cover the 21-point spread at home, and the 56 points were well UNDER the posted total of 75.
Kyle Israel led the attack with three touchdown passes, and completed 18 passes for 261 yards in the win.
