Despite this year's great accomplishments, Head Coach Nick Saban inidicated the team has some unfinished business.
"Great teams, great competitiors are never satisfied," Saban said. "They always want to accomplish more and achieve more and they are very committed to that standard of excellence. This team is going to have an opportunity again to do something that last year's team didn't get done."
These two teams met in last year's SEC Championship game, which the Gators won 31-20. Florida went on to win its third National Championship, and second since the 2006 season. Alabama closed out the year with a shocking 17-31 loss to Utah in the Sugar Bowl. Tomorrow's clash will mark the seventh time that Florida and Alabama have met in the SEC Championship; the Gators are 4-2 in the previous six meetings.
