The Nebraska Cornhuskers overcame a driving rain storm in Columbia, Mo., on Thursday evening to log a 27-12 come-from-behind win over the Tigers. The Husker win snapped a two-game losing skid to the Tigers and gave Nebraska its 33rd league opening win in the last 35 years. Nebraska scored all 27 of its points in the fourth quarter to improve to 4-1 overall and to 1-0 in the Big 12. The win vaulted the Huskers up six spots (from No. 21) to No. 15 in the AP poll on Sunday morning.

Texas Tech pounded Kansas State 66-14 at Jones AT&T Stadium  in Lubbock, Texas in Week 6. The Red Raiders covered as a 16.5-point home favorite while the final score played over the 54.5-point total.

Minnesota vs. Penn State College Football Picks: The Penn State Nittany Lions will be looking to improve their record to 6-1 if they can pick up a win over the Minnesota Golden Gophers when the two BIG TEN schools battle at Beaver Stadium at State College Penn., Saturday afternoon in an ABC regionally televised game.
