Missouri vs. Navy College Bowl Picks: The Missouri Tigers (8-4) of the Big 12 will play Navy (8-4) in the 4th annual edition of the Texas Bowl on New Years Eve at Reliant Stadium in Houston with a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.
