Celebrity Apprentice Season 3 Odds: The two-hour season premiere of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ aired last night. It was back to the boardroom with a new cast of celebrities, which include athletes, comedians, reality TV stars, and washed up musicians. SPOILER ALERT! Celebrity Apprentice cast 2010 is composed of Sharon Osbourne, Cyndi Lauper, Holly Robinson Peete, Selita Ebanks, Maria Kanellis, Carol Leifer Summer Sanders, Darryl Strawberry, Bret Michaels, Bill Goldberg, Michael Johnson, Rod Blagojevich, Sinbad, and Curtis Stone. The celebrities will raise money for their favorite charities. The winner and last celeb standing will receive an additional $250,000 to donate to their charity of choice.
In a recent interview Donald Trump revealed that he thought Sharon Osbourne is a front-runner in the competition saying, “Well, she’s very smart. She’s very strong, very strong minded and wills. You see what she did with Ozzy because Ozzy’s a great talent in terms of music but I guarantee he wouldn’t be where he is today without Sharon and he understands that better than anybody. So she’s obviously a great character on the show. Beyond that I can’t talk too much because I can’t tell you how she does obviously, but she has been a great character on the show, there’s no question about it.” When asked about Cyndi Lauper Donald Trump replied, “She’s become so hot now because Cyndi’s best friend is Lady Gaga who’s the crazy hottest person out there , right? Whose show I saw recently and it was phenomenal but Lady Gaga loves Cyndi Lauper and they’re together all the time. She’s a big factor on the show. She is very tough also. I’m not revealing anything. I never would have thought of Cyndi as being that tough. She is as tough as you’ll ever fan and the accent is very deceiving. She is so tough that it’s really almost unbelievable at times. That’s a little bit different than I would have thought to be honest.”
The task at hand last night was to run a diner in New York City. The opposing team picked team managers. Cyndi Lauper and Bret Michaels were picked as project managers. Donald Trump commented on how much he liked the women’s team name “Tenacity” while the men went for “Rock Solid”. Rock Solid won the competition raising $57,905 for their team and Tenacity only raised $39,559. In the end, the women didn’t perform the task as well as the men, which landed Cyndi Lauper in the boardroom. She couldn’t decide whom to pick to join her in the hot seat so Donald quickly fired Carol Leifer! “You’re Fired!” Carol still walked away with $10,000 for her charity of choice, The North Shore Animal League.
On last season's ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’, comedienne Joan Rivers beat out world champion poker player Annie Duke in an intense live boardroom finale to win $532,000 for her charity "God's Love We Deliver."
