Tim Urban shocked us all with his version of “Can’t Help Falling In Love”. At this point Tim Urban has 75 to 1 odds of winning ‘American Idol’ but I have a feeling he’ll be sticking around a weeks to come. Adam Lambert guest mentored week 8 of ‘Idol’ and actually gave the final 9 so
me helpful advice. He told Tim Urban to hit some high notes, which really seemed to help out his performance. Lee Dewyze also stood out tonight singing “A Little Less Conversation”. He was good. I just think he sounds like everyone else on a common rock station at any point in time. Aaron Kelly was awesome although the judges felt otherwise. Aaron sang “Blue Suede Shoes” and commented that the song didn’t really fit him. All the ‘Idol’ hopefuls took Adam Lambert’s positive advice.
Elimination takes place Wednesday night at 9:00 PM EST. on Fox. Two contestants will go home . I think it will be Andrew Garcia with 25 to 1 odds of winning and possibly Siobhan Magnus with 13 to 2 odds.
