Twenty-four hours after the death of Anna Nicole Smith, two additional men have come forth claiming they may be the father of baby Dannielynn. Prince Frederick von Anhalt, the husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, claims he may be the father of Smith’s baby girl. The fourth man, whose name is still unknown, is reportedly a former personal trainer of Smith. Howard K. Stern is listed as Dannielynn’s father on her birth certificate. However, Smith’s former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead is claiming he is the father. Stern and Birkhead have been involved in a legal battle since the birth the Dannielynn. After the news of Anna Nicole’s death, Larry Birkhead requested that an emergency DNA test be performed on Anna’s body. A Los Angeles judge denied the test today. The hearing will take place in ten days. In the meantime, Smith’s body will be preserved. Prince Frederick von Anhalt says he will file a lawsuit if the baby is turned over to Birkhead or Stern. He said he had a decade-long affair with Smith and claims the last time he saw her was in early 2006. Conveniently making him a perfect candidate.
Anhalt met Smith in the 1990’s when she was married to oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II. She approached him and his wife, Zsa Zsa Gabor, at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. Shortly after the death of Marshall, the two began having an affair. Bodog.com has posted odds on who will a court ordered paternity test reveal is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby Dannielynn? Larry Birkhead: 2/3 Howard K. Stern: 10/11 Other: 6/1
"She was a very sexy woman," von Anhalt said of Smith. "To have an affair with her is the top, you know." He says Smith wanted him to make her a princess like his wife. He refused to divorce Zsa Zsa and the only solution was for him to adopt Anna. Anhalt considered it to the point of filling out the adoption papers but Gabor refused to sign them. Anhalt never admitted the affair to his wife, but he is sure she knows. Gabor has been in declining health in recent years. She suffered a stroke in 2005 and was partially paralyzed in car accident in 2002. It has not even been two days since the death of Anna Nicole Smith and already four men are claiming to be her baby’s father. According to Anhalt, the list could grow to as many as twenty men. It’s going to be a bitter battle over this billion-dollar baby!
