Baby Suri photos to appear in Vanity Fair

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes welcomed Suri into the world on April 18, 2006.  Only a select few have been able to see Suri which kept everyone speculating that Suri may have been a hoax.  There have never been any baby Suri photos available until now.   
 

 
During the interview with Vanity Fair, Katie tells the editor Jane Sarkin that it has been heartbreaking to see what it being said in the press about her and her family. She expressed the fact that she is frustrated with what everyone has been saying about Tom and how he has been under a microscope for no reason, that he is a loving and caring person.  Since Tom’s outburst on The Oprah Winfrey Show and his infamous interview with Matt Lauer, everyone has speculated that Tom is acting this way to sustain popularity.  Tom has received negative publicity since he first announced that he and Holmes were an item.  His decision to publicly criticize Brooke Shields for choosing to medicate her postpartum depression illness with medication was the straw that broke the camel’s back.  Cruise was also criticized for purchasing a sonogram machine for his home.  In the interview, Holmes explains the purchase by saying that because she was followed by the paparazzi everywhere she went, her doctor advised her not to leave the house and that he would make house calls.  The sonogram machine was for him when he came to visit.The baby Suri photos have been much anticipated for some time now because many did believe she didn’t exist.  It was even printed in the press some time ago, that Katie’s own parents hadn’t even been given the opportunity to see their granddaughter.  It has yet to be said why Cruise and Holmes chose to “hide” Suri for so long.  They only claim that they weren’t hiding anything and they don’t know why there is so much buzz surrounding her appearance.  Online Sportsbook Bodog offered odds on baby Suri photos.
