Britney Spears and Matt Leinart Grind It Up!Britney Spears was seen hooking up with Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart on Friday night while she partied over the New Years Holiday weekend.  The couple was seen getting it on at the popular club called Jackrabbit Lounge.

"Sources tell us that the pair were flirting hardcore on the patio area all night long, bumping and grinding and whispering in each others' ears" reported PerezHilton.com.

Matt Leinart won the 2004 Heisman Trophy as a Junior for the USC and has beeb romantically linked to Kristin Cavallari of “Laguna Beach”, Cacee Cobb (Jessica Simpson’s Personal Assistant) and Spear's one time BFF Paris Hilton.  Hilton is currently partying it up in Australia for New Years Eve and was unavailable for comment.

Spears and her family have been in Scottsdale, Arizona relaxing at a local spa.  This is not the first visit to Arizona for Britney.  She previously spent time there with FedEx in 2005.  Ironically, Kevin Federline was in attendance at Mansion Nightclub on Friday night with none other than Perez Hilton!  Go figure.

Britney is expected in Las Vegas to celebrate New Year's Eve at Pure in Caesar's Palace.
