Look at little Nicole Richie; saddled with enough problems in her life, now she has gone and got herself knocked up. This nugget of information was officially revealed to Diane Sawyer on Tuesday. Supposedly the alleged sire responsible for the pregnancy is none other than Good Charlotte front man Joel Madden.
"Yes, I am [pregnant]. We are. I'm almost four months," Richie told ABC News' Diane Sawyer in an interview scheduled to air this week.
Since the announcement, oddsmakers at online gambling giant Bodog.com scrambled to find some betting props for gamblers and Richie fans to have fun with. And did they come up with some gems.
The first item open for wagering is the question, will Nicole and Joel get married in 2007? We believe at Point-Spreads.com the odds of this happening are remote and the oddsmakers agree installing “No” on the money line (-500). If you think the future parents elope this bet will cost you $500 to win $100. It’s not worth it.
Will Nicole have a baby girl (-120) or baby boy (-120) ? Hey, 50/50 here!. Would we like to get a look at that sonogram or what?
How much will Joel and Nicole’s baby weigh at birth? My best guess is bet the average and those will be your best odds. The odds are 2/1 the baby weighs between 6.5 and 7lbs. This bet has great value in our eyes.
What color will the baby’s hair be at birth? Blond (2/1), Brown (1/2), Black (4/1) Red (11/2), Grey/White 9/1. Does anybody have access to any of Nicole and Joel’s baby pictures? We don’t think Nicole is a natural blonde and recommend you bet on a darker color.
What will Nicole and Joel name their baby? Good luck with this one. Camille (3/1), Reuben (4/1),Skylar (4/1), Nikki (5/1), Paris (6/1), Calvin (8/1), Lionel (10/1), Britney (11/1), Joel Jr. (14/1), Nicole Jr.(15/1). At Point-Spreads.com we believe Good Charlotte would be a nice name.
The final question Bodog.com poses to you is what magazine will be the first to adorn its front cover with Nicole and Joel’s baby? The odds-on favorite is People Magazine at 3/2 odds. They have deeper pockets. Other possibilities are; US Weekly (2/1), In Touch Weekly (4/1), Star (6/1), OK (5/1), Vanity Fair (7/2), Life & Style (8/1).
