 Judge Michael T. Sauer is out to get Paris Hilton. After the controversy that has unraveled in the past 24 hours, Paris Hilton has been ordered to return to jail immediately. Paris Hilton has already made her way back to the Lynwood Century Regional Detention Center. The judge has ordered her to serve her full sentence of 45 days. She will be credited with at least 6 days served. It is still unclear if the good behavior credit will apply to reduce the sentence to 23 days. According to TMZ, Paris Hilton was visibly upset and left the courtroom in tears screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was heard saying, "It's not right." Paris was “physically escorted” of out the courtroom by a female deputy. It was inevitable that Paris was going to return to jail today. It is very clear Judge Sauer wants Hilton behind bars. The question being decided today was whether the court’s order would apply or the Sheriff’s decision. The court gets to make the decision, therefore prompting the judge to order Hilton to return to jail. When Sheriff Lee Baca released Paris Hilton to serve the remainder of her sentence on house arrest it was a clear contradiction to the court order. Judge Sauer made it known there would be no alternative form of punishment, including house arrest, when he sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail. Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo issued the following statement: "This decision sends the message that no individual, no matter how wealthy or powerful, is above the law. Today, justice was served." Paris Hilton will appeal her sentence. Her attorney is in the process of drafting the appeal, which will be filed later this afternoon or Monday morning.
