Actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested for DUI at 2:00 AM PST by Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office. Lohan will be charged with possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license.
Point-Spreads.com sources have learned that her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit and that cops found cocaine in her pants pocket. Online betting website WagerWeb.com had Lindsay Lohan as the +225 odds favorite to be the next celebrity to get a DUI.
Lohan has alerady been released on $25k bail. Law enforcement says Lindsay was stopped after cops got a call of a Cadillac Escalade was being chased by Lohan's white Denali.
She was initially suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. At the time of her arrest, Lohan refused to submit to a PASD – Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device, which is a chemical test administered to determine blood alcohol levels.
Despite the refusal, Lindsay failed a field sobriety test and was arrested and another celebrity DUI in the record books for 2007.
