Lindsay Lohan, recently released from a drug and alcohol treatment center, was cited today for suspicion of DUI after crashing her Mercedes Benz into a curb along Sunset Strip in Beverly Hills. Lohan was slightly injured in the accident while two other people (unnamed) appeared uninjured. No other vehicles were involved in the accident. 

 It’s been reported that Lohan, along with her party friends, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears have recently run into trouble as a consequence of their alleged constant partying. Lohan, a minor at 20 years old, has admitted publicly that she has a substance abuse problem.

"She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries," Beverly Hills Police Spokesman Sgt Mike Foxen said. “No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details. Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said.
