It was announced today that troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was sued for negligence and assault by her assistant Michelle Peck’s mother. Tracie Rice was a passenger in a car the actress is accused of chasing through the streets of Santa Monica while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
"What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening," stated Tracie Rice in a statement released after the lawsuit was filed.
