Bookies report a flood of cash for the oldest Big Brother housemate, Lesley, to be the first to get evicted from the UK´s Channel 4 hit show.
PaddyPower.com and Ladbrokes have cut their odds on the house´s senior stateswoman being the first to go, from 5/2 to 7/4.
The 60-year-old Women's Institute member has already made herself highly unpopular with house members and viewers alike with her old-fashioned ways.
”The house residents were not impressed when she demanded that she be allowed to have the only single bed in the house and her stubborn attitude over most issues is going to alienate many viewers,” said a VCBet.com spokesman.
Former lap dancer Charley is still the favourite to be the first eviction by a slim margin, at odds of 13/8.
Lesley´s price for an early eviction plummeted after Big Brother announced that the lone male in the house - Zak Lichman (known as Ziggy) - will be the only one to decide which housemates will face the public vote for eviction next week.
The ex-boy band singer entered the house last Friday to join 11 women.
”It´s a dream come true to share a house with 11 other women,” confessed Ziggy. Whether he will still hold that opinion over the coming weeks will be interesting to see!
Ziggy has already admitted he fancies 19-year-old Yorkshire beauty Chanelle.
Victoria Beckham lookalike Chanelle is hot favourite to be the first to snog the new housemate, with odds of 5/2 available.
Stoke twins Sam and Amanda are joint second place at 7/2.
PaddyPower.com posted betting odds to win Big Brother 8:
Any Other (Not Listed) 8/11
Laura 11/2
Carole 7/1
Ziggy 8/1
Chanelle 12/1
Tracey 16/1
Nicky 16/1
Emily 20/1
Sam 22/1
Amanda 25/1
Lesley 28/1
Shabnam 50/1
Charley 80/1
