 Paris Hilton was released from Jail at approximately 12:15 am on June 26th, 2007. Thousands of fans as well as a swarm of media and paparazzi photographers started camping outside of Lynwood correctional facility hours before the release just to get a glimpse of the socialite's first taste of freedom in 23 days. She was all smiles as she strutted in her jailhouse braided ponytail past the media circus.
“It reminded me of the way Paris Hilton walked the runway of the Heatherette Spring 2005 fashion show at Olympus Fashion Week in New York City minus the makeup,” stated Point-Spreads.com Gossip Columnist Deloris Jones.
Larry King of CNN has the first scheduled interview of Paris Hilton post incarceration. Hilton waved to every as she skipped past sheriff's deputies and into a black sports utility vehicle which contained her parents, Rick and Kathy. The heiress was swarmed as she entered the SUV. Her mother was the first person she embraced through the SUV's window.
"She fulfilled her debt. She was obviously in good spirits. She thanked people as she left," said sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.
The SUV was chased by the paparazzi via helicopter and cars to her grandparents' home in Los Angeles' ritzy Holmby Hills area north of Sunset Boulevard. Her neighbors are probably relieved she did go directly to her personal resident.
