Is Apple planning a double whammy at Macworld in January? Many believe so. Although the new version of OS X 10.5 Leopard was announced to be released in Spring 2007, many believe that Steve Jobs will unveil it when he takes stage at Macworld in San Francisco along with the much anticipated iPhone.
A double release will honor Microsoft's efforts which is also expected to launch Windows Vista in January 2007, although that has not been yet confirmed.

With the much anticipated iPhone release, Apple is said to be trying to reinvent the cellular phone from the ground up. It is said that Apple is hoping their first phone will create a stir in the U.S. market and share some of the same spotlight as the Motorola Razr and LG's Chocolate phone. The iPhone will include several high end features like a 3-megapixel camera, 2.2 inch display screen, and complete iTunes/iPod features and integration. Unlike Motorola's iTunes phones that have a 100 song limit, the iPhone's limit of how much music and photos it will store will be based on it's storage capacity.
