It’s my opinion the first four episodes were sort of lame by what I call a "general Sopranos standard of suspense." Then things really started to shape up on Sunday’s (May 6) show. On a couple of occasions in previous episodes, I thought Christopher Moltisanti, played by Michael Imperioli , was being set up to take some kind of fall. Now I am convinced of it; but will he be “sleeping with the fishes anytime soon?” I can’t say for sure but at 2/1 odds, BetUS seems to think so. I am of the opinion that Christopher might flip. In that I mean he could turn himself in to the Feds and turn States Evidence on Tony Soprano followed by his entry into the witness protection program. If you think about it he has discussed this twice over the six seasons; last night and in season five when fiancé (at the time) Adriana revealed she had been talking to the FBI. Chris didn’t bite then and Adriana was whacked as a result. I don’t want to tell exactly what happens in the May 6 show just in case you (the reader) plan to see the program later in the week or get the DVD after the season. I will say this; the walls are beginning to close in on Mr. Moltisanti for one reason or another. Another reason I think Chris might be safe is because Sopranos creator David Chase might want us to think one thing while he plans on a totally different ending. I think my scenario has a good chance of happening, but we won’t really know till the end. That’s why we watch it. Odds of getting whacked posted by BetUS.com prior to airing the final season of Sopranos James Gandolfini (Anthony "Tony" Soprano): 17/2
