Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes let Vanity Fair publish Baby Suri photosTom Cruise and Katie Holmes have been under public scrutiny since they began dating back in April of 2005.  Holmes had only just recently called off her engagement to actor Chris Klein.  Cruise has been married twice to Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman.  He had also been linked to actress Penelope Cruz.

Since Cruise and Holmes began dating, their relationship has been dramatically played out in front of the world.  Shortly after they were announced as a couple, a love struck Cruise popped the question to Holmes atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris in June of 2005.  Holmes and Cruise recently gave birth to their first child together, Suri Cruise.  The little girl was born on April 18, 2006.  No pictures of Suri have yet to surface causing one to believe that there quite possibly isn’t a child.  It has been suggested that it’s a huge scam because even their closest friends and fellow scientologists haven’t even seen the baby.  Vanity Fair announced they will publish the first photos of baby Suri.  You can Bet on whether baby Suri really exists or not at Bodog.

Cruise’s infamous interviews with Oprah Winfrey and Matt Lauer have left fans questioning what has prompted Cruise to act so bizarre and outrageous lately because he has always kept mum about his relationships and never really verbally assaulted anyone in public let alone a fellow actor such as Brooke Shields. After Shields became open about her use of anti-depressant drug Paxil for her bout with Postpartum Depression, Cruise slammed her for using prescription drugs instead of vitamins.  Cruise’s beliefs in Scientology helped to give him the strong opinion he had of Shields’ decision which also impelled fans to wonder why Cruise felt he had a right to publicly criticize Shields for something he could never experience.

Recently Sumner Redstone, head honco at Viacom, the parent company of Paramount, has ended the 14 year relationship with Cruise’s production company, Cruise/Wagner Productions.  Redstone has blamed Cruise’s controversial behavior over the past year the reason for the split. His newfound image would unfortunately result in a negative effect on the bottom line when it comes to their movies.  You can Bet on Tom Cruise's next studio deal at BetUS.

Will we ever get back the Tom Cruise we know and love?  It’s too soon to tell however one thing is for sure, unless the public is given the opportunity to see Suri, any opportunity for him to gain back the spotlight will be lost for good.
