Perez Hilton is officially in the running to take Rosie O’Donnell’s spot on The View. Due to the surge of traffic and people agreeing with my thoughts of Perez replacing Rosie , popular entertainment betting website BetUs.com has added the “Queen of All Media” to the list of potential candidates in the running for a seat next to Barbara Walters each morning.
The odds are +2000 that Perez Hilton will replace Rosie O'Donnell on The View. A good bet, considering if you bet $100 you will win $2000.
“Hideous Joan Rivers is busted and should not get the job,” stated Point-Spreads.com Gossip Columnist Chatty Kathy. “I visit his site at least once an hour and I am sure many of his millions of daily readers will tune in to see him. I have already bet half of my paycheck this week on Perez.”
Hilton is famous for his celebrity gossip blog PerezHilton.com. More than 5 million people a day visit his website to catch up on celebrity gossip. I personally visit the site not only to see what is going on, but I want to see what Perez has to say about it. Everything Perez says is usually what people are thinking, but he just puts it out there for everyone to read. And the majority of the time it is absolutely hilarious.
While The View won’t officially decide on a replacement until the fall, Perez fans are campaigning for him. The show could use a change, and adding an outspoken, openly gay male who tells it like it is into the mix, well that would be a change no one is expecting. Perez Hilton is the perfect candidate for The View. There is no one out there more qualified than the Gossip Gangster himself.
