Yet another blow. Today Fed EX aka Kevin Federline, has threatened Britney Spears that he will release a sex tape of the two during their honeymoon if Britney doesn't give him atleast $30 million and custody of their two children.
Last week after Britney's suprise appearance on David Letterman's The Late Show, it was announced that she was seeking a divorce from Kevin, news he heard as all of us did, through the media. She is also seeking full custody of their two children together, Sean Preston and their new baby Jayden with Federline having visitation rights.

According to the divorce papers, she is citing irreconcilable differences and although there was no mention of a prenuptial agreement, the papers did state that the couple had no community assets together which would indicate that they do indeed have one. The papers also disclosed that the wedding took place on October 6, 2004 which was a few weeks after a widely covered ceremony.

Although several already knew the couple would not last, the news was still suprising. Federline just released his debut album, which isn't so popular and apparently hasn't been spending much time at home. According to Britney's reps, Kevin hasn't been coming home after performances and has only seen the new baby Jayden a total of four times. And he wants custody? He has also fathered two children with Shar Jackson. Many of you may remember that he was actually dating Britney while Jackson believed they were still together. She was pregnant with their second child. Shar found out about the new couple through the media. Sound familiar?
