The Cardinals beat out the Panthers 33-13 on the road last weekend. Entering as a 10-point underdog and ridiculed for their 0-5 record in the Eastern time zone this season, the Cards raced to a 27-7 halftime lead and cruised past the mistake-prone Panthers who were the league's only unbeaten team at home in the regular season. WR Larry Fitzgerald was amazing with eight catches for 188 yards with one touchdown. RB Timothy Hightower had 17 carries for 76 yards, while the Cards defense did the rest. Their defense caused Panthers QB Jake Delhomme five interceptions and they held RB DeAngelo Williams to just 63 yards rushing. MVP candidate QB Kurt Warner was great, he made 31 of 32 passes for 220 yards with two touchdown passes and one interception. The Cards have found their mix between passing and running the ball.
The Cards lost to the Eagles 20-48 on the road in Week 13. QB Kurt Warner had a great game, completing 21 of 39 for 235 yards with three touchdown passes with three interceptions. They had only 25 yards rushing compared to the Eagles 185 rushing yards.
The last time the Cards and Steelers met was in Week 4 of the 2007-08 seasons, which the Cards won 21-14 at home. They outran and out passed the Steelers as QB Kurt Warner had made 14 of 21 for 132 yards with one touchdown pass, while backup Matt Leinart added 93 yards.WR Larry Fitzgerald had 11 catches for 123 yards.
The last time the Cards and Ravens met was in Week 3 of the 2007-08 seasons, which they lost 23-26 in Baltimore. The Cards only managed 61 yards rushing but managed to get 303 yards in the air.

The Bottom Line: The Cardinals have the offense to get to the big dance, but up against two of the toughest defenses in the league, I don’t think so. It would be a Cinderella story if they did win.
