This one is listed as the most lopsided Super Bowl contest of all the possible matchups as the Giants are currently listed as a +13.5 point underdog. This is the identical number that New England was taking when they were and underdog to St. Louis and we all know what happened in that Super Bowl. So, would this really be the worst matchup?
Green Bay Packers vs New England Patriots
The sentimental favorite in this Super Bowl match up would be Favre and the Packers but when it comes to plopping down the money the Packers are listed as a rather high +8.5 point underdog. The Packers pounded the New York Giants earlier in the year while the Patriots struggled if you would like to try and draw a comparison of this matchup. But once again it appears that this matchup would not produce excitement either.
New York Giants vs San Diego Chargers
This would certainly be an intriguing matchup since if both teams win Sunday they would each be the owner of a 9 game winning streak (the Giants would have 9 in a row on the road and the Chargers would have 9 in a row overall). The number seems to reflect that fact as it is the second best contest as listed by the odds. San Diego is listed as a -4 point favorite in the early going.

The line in this one also reflects the belief that this might be the best game of the lost as the Packers are listed as a small -3 point favorite.
