Sanchez became only the second rookie quarterback to win two consecutive playoff games, after Joe Flacco. After the 2009 season Sanchez was named to Sporting News's All-Rookie team.
The Jets next opponent is Indianapolis, on the road, against their 14th ranked pass defense.
