2009 Summary: Finished first in the NFC West with a 10-6 record.
2010 Arizona Cardinals Needs: Linebacker, Defensive Tackle, Wide Receiver, Cornerback, Quarterback
Possible First Round Picks:
Sergio Kindle (LB – Texas): Has the potential to be a nice replacement for Karlos Dansby. Probably not the same all-around performer as Dansby but a better pass rusher. Also has the speed to make plays all over the field, but might be better suited for a 3-4 front where he can get after the quarterback more often.
Tyson Alualu (DT/DE – California): Could be moved to defensive end by some teams but the Cardinals need help on the inside. Alualu played at tackle for the Golden Bears and he has the size (6' 3", 295lbs.) to do it at the professional level as well.
Colt McCoy (QB – Texas): The Cardinals have been lukewarm on Matt Leinert for some time and with Warner gone they may want someone else to groom as his ultimate replacement. McCoy will probably be around at 26, giving Arizona someone to push Leinert and eventually take the over the starting job.
