The NY Giants finished their season with a 12-4 record after losing to Philadelphia in the Divisional playoffs. Antonio Pierce led the Giants defense with 95 total tackles, 72 solo and 23 assisted. Justin Tuck led with 12 sacks.
 
The Philadelphia Eagles missed the Super Bowl by losing to Arizona; they finished their season with a 9-6-1 record. QB Donovan McNabb threw for 3.916 yards along with 23 TD’s. Their offense averaged a 6th ranked 26 ppg, while averaging a 9th ranked 350 total yards per-game. They had a poor rushing game that averaged a 22nd ranked 106.3 yards per-game. Their passing game averaged a 6th ranked 244.2 yards a game. RB Brian Westbrook led the Eagles with 9 TD’s after running for 936 yards, while WR DeSean Jackson led their receivers with 62 catches for 912 yards with two TD’s. RB Brian Westbrook led all receivers with five TD’S.

On defense the Eagles allowed a 4th ranked 18.1 ppg, while giving up a 3rd ranked 274.3 total yards per-game. They gave up a 4th ranked 92.3 rushing yards per-game and they allowed an 3rd ranked 182.1 passing yards per-game. Stewart Bailey led the Eagles defense with 108 total tackles, 86 solo and 22 assisted. Darren Howard led with 10 sacks.
