The Buffalo Bills signed start WR Terrell Owens who will miss the Buffalo Bills' preseason game against the Chicago Bears on Saturday because of a sprained toe that has prevented him from practicing all week. They played their first preseason game, August 9, against Tennessee. The Bills ended their 2008-09 season with a 7-9 record. The Miami Dolphins were the surprise team of the NFL finishing with a 11-5 record only to lose to Baltimore in the Wildcard Weekend.
