Indianapolis is also dealing with a few injuries as center Jeff Saturday, left tackle Charlie Johnson, wide receiver Pierre Garcon, defensive tackle Keyunta Dawson, and tight end Dallas Clark are banged up at the moment. With Saturday and Johnson out of this afternoon's dust up, reigning MVP Peyton Manning will probably only play a series or two at best.
The light load for Indy's first stringers will mean ample time for reserves, such as Curtis Painter, and rookies Jerry Hughes, Pat Angerer, and Kevin Thomas to make an impression on the coaching staff.
