Tennessee Titans 2010 NFL Predictions & 2011 Super Bowl Predictions: Point-Spreads.com is breaking down the Tennessee Titans out of the AFC South Division. The 2010 NFL Predictions Experts at online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com have made the Tennessee Titans +2600 odds to win Super Bowl XLV.

PROS: The turnaround for Tennessee coincided with the return of Vince Young as the starting quarterback. Though Young will never put up Peyton Manning type statistics, he has proven to be capable of winning games as the has a 26-13 career record as a starter. Another important factor in the strong second half was the performance of running back Chris Johnson. The second year player rushed for a career high 228 yards as Tennessee defeated Jacksonville in week seven for their first victory and then gained more than 100 yards in every game the rest of the season to pass the 2,000 yard mark and lead the NFL.

The 2010 NFL Predictions Experts at online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com have made the Tennessee Titans +1000 odds to win the 2011 AFC Championship Title.

CONS: After having been spectacular (second in points allowed, seventh in yards allowed) when the Titans went 13-3 in 2008, the defense was abysmal in 2009, finishing 28th in the league in points and yards allowed. The unit was particularly awful during the initial six game losing streak as they surrendered more than 30 points four times, including 59 points at New England. They allowed more than 27 points only once over the final 10 games. Traditionally known for their great pass rush and big plays, the Titans recorded only 31 sacks in 2009 but did have 20 interceptions. Little production was garnered from the defensive ends, but linebacker Jacob Ford had a team high 5.5 sacks and defensive tackle Tony Brown added five. Cornerback Cortland Finnegan was the leader among defensive backs.
