Raiders vs Bears Lines 2010 NFL Preseason Week 2: The Raiders and the Bears clash in preseason week 2 this Saturday at 8 PM ET in a game of two teams that look to improve from a disappointing 2009 season. The Raiders vs. Bears NFL Betting Point Spread is PK at SBGGLOBAL.com
The Raiders beat the Cowboys 17-9 after scoring all their points in the fourth quarter last week. Oakland didn't look impressive on the offensive side of the ball but their defense seemed pretty good and could be the interesting unit for this team.
Kyle Boller knows he may have a starting option some day at the quarterback position for Oakland, especially because Jason Campbell is not a proved option for the Raiders yet. Boller threw for 148 yards and one touchdown against Dallas and will probably see the majority minutes against the Bears.
Expect Michael Bennett and Michael Bush to keep as the first options in the Raiders running game at the preseason but be prepared to start watching the starting players more and more in the next few games.
For the Bears the problems remains in the QB position once again, this time it wasn't Jay Cutler -who barely played in the loss against the Chargers- but Caleb Hanie who looked as a complete mess in the game. Hanie threw for 148 yards with one TD and one interception but he also had one fumble lost and one fumble recovery; not to mention Chester Taylor and Dan LeFevour also had fumbles with no real consequences.
I wouldn't expect the Bears to dominate this Raiders team because Oakland is really making a run at a wild card spot this season with the roster they have, especially on defense.
Remember Tom Cable is 2-3 straight in the preseason as a head coach and Lovie Smith is 15-12 including a 3-1 record from last year.
