Giants vs Ravens Lines 2010 NFL Preseason Week 3: The New York Giants visit the Baltimore Ravens looking to bounce back after failing to win last week, this Saturday at 7:30 pm ET. The Giants vs. Ravens NFL Betting Point Spread have the Ravens -4 at BETUS.com
The Giant lost against the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-17 in game where New York failed to convert in third down after only completing 3 of 10 opportunities. The starting QB Eli Manning didn´t play in this game because he was knocked out of the first preseason match against the Jets, so the one year QB Rhett Bomar was the one in charge and he threw for 167 yards and one interception .
The Giants ran for 129 yards with five different players including two scores. Andre Brown and Ahmad Bradshaw were the two more consistent in the rushing game. However the running game could be affected by the fact the Eli Manning will be back for the match against Baltimore and since it's the third preseason game, then coach Tom Coughlin will be looking to throw the ball a little much more than in the first two matches.
The Ravens on the other hand are 2-0 straight up and against the spread in this 2010 preseason. They are coming off a sweet 23-3 victory over the Washington Redskins where their defense forced four turnovers.
QB Marc Bulger saw the most minutes in this one after throwing for 130 yards with no score and no interception; however don´t expect this to repeat against the Giants because is likely that Joe Flacco will be back to lead his team down the field most of the game. Flacco threw for 72 yards without scoring or making a turnover.
NFL betting fans should acknowledge that both coaches will be looking to see their starting squad develop on the field for about three quarters and a half, remember, they will look to avoid any last minute injuries in the four preseason game, so this is their last shot to be ready for the regular season week one.
