Cincinnati Bengals vs Buffalo Bills 2010 NFL Predictions, 2010 NFL Odds & 2010 NFL Picks: The Buffalo Bills will host the Cincinnati Bengals tonight as Ralph Wilson Stadium in New York. Kickoff in this evening's AFC preseason clash is set for 6:30pm ET. 2010 NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks at BetUS.com have the Bills listed as a +3 against the spread home dog and the Over/Under set at 35.

Buffalo looked horrendous in its exhibition opener, falling 42-17 to the Redskins in Washington; however, Chan Gailey's Cincinnati Bengals vs Buffalo Bills 2010 NFL Predictions, Odds & Pickssquad looked fantastic last Thursday in Toronto. The Bills scored 21 first quarter points and the offense produced 367 yards while holding the ball for 35:43 in a 34-21 win over the Colts.

Quarterbacks Brian Brohm and Trent Edwards both performed well in the win, combining to complete 19-of-29 passes for 218 yards and a touchdown. Rookie running backs CJ Spiller and Joique Bell stole the show, though, as they ran roughshod over Indy's defense. Spiller, who got the start, carried the ball 10 times for 54 yards and a score while Bell had 11 carries for 80 yards in mop up duty.

Buffalo's defense gave up 14 first half points, but still showed well, forcing four turnovers, including a 78 yard interception return for a touchdown off of Payton Manning.

Cincinnati won its second straight preseason game last week and improved its exhibition record to 2-1 in the process. The Bengals took advantage of a mistake prone Eagles squad (five turnovers) and threw their way to a 22-9 victory.

Carson Palmer had a rough night, despite throwing for 169 yards, as the veteran signal caller tossed two first half picks. The blunders led to a first quarter doughnut on the scoreboard for the Bengals. Running back Cedric Benson also had a difficult go after totaling just 30 yards on 10 carries.

New additions Terrell Owens and Jermaine Gresham did not disappoint, though, as the pair combined for six catches and 101 yards. Rookie defensive end Carlos Dunlap also had a huge night; the Florida product had four tackles and a sack in the win.
