The Eagles (1-1) won in Detroit 35-32 as QB Michael Vick got his first start after his dog fighting scandal broke. Vick made 21 of 34 passes for 284 yards with two TD. WR LeSean McCoy had 16 carries for 160 yards with three TD’s, while WR DeSean Jackson had four catches for a whopping 135 yards with a TD and Jeremy Maclin also added some points on the board. Michael Vick won the Eagles' starting job with six quarters of dazzling play through the first two weeks, and will have to prove that he can be a consistent quarterback and leader. Vick has been one of the Eagles' biggest offensive weapons, uncorking passes both accurate and incredible and somehow staying on his feet behind a wobbly offensive line. Michael Vick has the fourth-highest quarterback rating in the league at 105.5 and ranks first at the position with 140 rushing yards. He leads the NFL with 7.8 yards per rushing attempt.
