Broncos Breakdown: Denver also rebounded from a season opening road loss, taking out the Seahawks 31-14 at Mile High last Sunday. The Broncos offense had its way against Seattle defense in the win, accounting for 23 first downs and 369 yards while converting 14-of-20 on third down.
Kyle Orton was spectacular in leading Denver, completing 25-of-35 passes for 307 yards and two touchdowns. His effort compensated for a punchless ground game that managed just 65 yards on 38 carries.
The Broncos defense did allow the Seahawks to convert 7-of-11 on third down in route to 339 yards; however, they also picked off Matt Hasselbeck three times.
