New York (2-1) beat the Philadelphia Eagles, on the road, 29-16 in Week 3. QB Eli Manning completed 16 of 23 passes and threw four touchdown passes, including two to WR Victor Cruz. RB Ahmad Bradshaw ran for 86 and had 53 more receiving, including a touchdown. Filling in because Mario Manningham and Domenik Hixon are out, Cruz had three catches for 110 yards and his first two career scores. Mario Manningham and defensive end Osi Umenyiora practiced on Wednesday. "I'm good," Manningham said. "I went out there and practiced the individual. Did team. I did everything. Feel better." Defensive end Justin Tuck did not practice due to pain in his neck and a strained groin. But Coughlin sounded optimistic about Tuck for this week. "He won't practice but he has made good progress both days, and we are very encouraged by that part," Coughlin said. As one receiver returned to practice, another one went down. Brandon Stokley left practice with a strained quadriceps.

Arizona (1-2) lost to the Seattle Seahawks 10-13, on the road, in Week 3. QB Kevin Kolb finished 25 of 39 for 252 yards and was intercepted twice. Kicker Jay Feely missed from 51 and 49 yards on a blustery day. The Cardinals were also forced to use fourth-string RB Alfonso Smith because Beanie Wells and LaRod Stephens-Howling were inactive and Chester Taylor was ineffective early. The Cardinals have been excellent defensively in the red zone, ranking sixth by allowing four TDs in their opponents' 11 trips. Manning has been sacked 10 times after being dropped 16 times all of 2010. Arizona's nine sacks are tied for seventh-best in the league. LaRod Stephens-Howling, who excels on special teams for Arizona, will likely be back after missing two games with a hand injury. Arizona lost 22-21 at Washington before falling in Seattle.
