NFL Picks Preview: Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants Betting PreviewThe Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants both bounced back last week to get their first victories of the season.  One team will continue their resurgence on Sunday night while the other will fall to 1-3.  Donovan McNabb and the Eagles exploded last week in a 56-21 win against Detroit.  McNabb was 21-of-26 for 381 yards and four touchdowns.  The Eagles will look to continue their success against the Giants but are concerned that running back Brian Westbrook is not healthy.  He is listed day to day with an abdominal sprain.  The Giants have injury concerns of their own. Receiver Plaxico Burress has missed practice this week with an ankle injury and may not be at full strength. Burress had five catches for 86 yards and a TD in New York's 24-17 win over Washington last week. SBG Global reports that early betting has the public taking the favored Eagles on the Road.
