The Giants (3-0) won in Tampa Bay 24-0 in Week 3 as they sit atop NFC East. QB Eli Manning made14 of 24 passes for 161 yards with two TD passes, overall he’s thrown for 747 yards with five TD passes and one interception. Their top RB Ahmad Bradshaw had 14 carries for 104 yards, while RB Brandon Jacobs pounded in a TD run. WR Steve Smith made seven catches for 63 yards while Mario Manningham made four catches for 55 yards. The Giants offensive line completely dominated the line of scrimmage. Manning was not sacked and consistently had plenty of time to throw. Their defense allowed the Bucs their first first down until five minutes remained in the third quarter. The Giants rank fifth in the league with five interceptions and rank first in passing defense. With Matt Cassel already having thrown two interceptions in just two games, the Giants will be looking to force him into some more turnovers. WR Domenik Hixon is still listed as questionable after a knee injury in Week 2. The Giants are averaging 26.7 ppg and they are averaging 28.5 ppg on the road.

The Chiefs (0-3) lost in Philadelphia 14-34 in Week 3 to sit dead last in the AFC West. QB Matt Cassell made 14 of 18 passes for 90 yards with two TD pass, he’s thrown for 331 yards with three TD passes and two interceptions. Their top RB Larry Johnson had 19 carries for 38 yards, while RB Jamaal Charles had six carries for 36 yards and he made three catches for 34 yards. The Chiefs were 0-for-11 on third downs and were unable to sustain any sort of offensive flow. Last season, the Chiefs set a franchise record with only 10 sacks and they were equally porous against the run, giving up 158.9 yards per game on the ground. They have not improved much this year, ranking 25th with three sacks and 19th with 119.3 rushing yards allowed per game. Against the Giants high powered running game it’s going to be ugly. The Chiefs are averaging 16 ppg and they are averaging 13 ppg at home.
