The game between the two AFC East foes is scheduled to kickoff at 1:00pm ET on CBS. 2010 NFL Predictions, Picks & Odds at online bookmaker Bodog.com have the Jets listed as a -6.5 against the spread road favorite and the game total set at 37.

Jets Breakdown: New York's offense looked like a floundering mess in the team's season opening loss to the Ravens, but it New York Jets vs Buffalo Bills 2010 NFL Predictions, Picks & Oddshas come around since then, posting 59 points in wins over division rivals New England and Miami. The reason for the turnaround? The play of quarterback Mark Sanchez. Rex Ryan has taken the reins off the second year pro over the past two weeks and Sanchez has not disappointed, throwing for 476 yards, six touchdowns, and zero interceptions. The USC product's 104.9 passer rating presently ranks sixth in the league.

The Jets defense survived without Darrelle Revis last Sunday, beating the Dolphins 31-23; however, the All-Pro cornerback was missed as Miami produced 26 first downs and 436 total yards in the loss. Revis will be out of action again today, but New York has little to fear from Buffalo's anemic offensive attack.

Bills Breakdown: Buffalo fell to 0-3 last weekend, losing 30-38 at New England. The game effort featured the Bills first real offensive production of the season as the team finished the game with 19 first downs and 374 yards. Quarterback Ryan Firtzpatrick, who took over the starting job from the now departed Trent Edwards, completed 20-of-28 passes for 247 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. The rushing attack, led by Marshawn Lynch, complimented Fitzpatrick's decent outing by amassing 134 yards in 24 carries.

Buffalo's defense, which ranks 22nd in yards per game allowed (362.3), did nothing to slow the Patriots offense. New England threw for 245 yards and rushed for 200 against the beleaguered group.

New York has won three of the last four in this series, including the last two in Buffalo by an average of 7.5 points per game.

NFL Picks Betting Trend: The Jets are 4-1 straight up and against the spread over the last five years playing as an away team coming off a road win.
