QB Aaron Rodgers made 13 of 23 passes for 269 yards with two TD’s, overall he’s thrown for 714 yards with four TD’s. Their top RB Ryan Grant had 26 carries for 99 yards, while Aaron Rodgers pounded in a TD run. Their top WR Greg Jennings made two catches for 103 yards, while WR Donald Driver had four catches for 95 yards with a TD. The Packers didn't turn the ball over and scored 13 points off of the Rams' three turnovers. The Packers rush defense must be on the ball against the league’s top RB Adrian Peterson, who has the Vikings ranked 7th in rushing yards per-game. The Packers are ranked 23rd against the rush and 11th against the pass, which should work out well considering the Vikings passing game sits 25th. Against the Packers, RB Adrian Peterson has gained 452 rushing yards in his first four games against Green Bay and averages 113 yards rushing per-game. Peterson is one scary running back. But judging by the numbers, he’s most dangerous at the Metrodome. On his home field, Peterson averages 117.3 yards per game as opposed to 93.1 yards per game on the road. His average per carry (5.75) is also better there than on the road (4.96).The Vikings (3-0) beat San Francisco 27-24 at home in Week 3 after a miraculous final toss from Favre to WR Greg Lewis. QB Bret Favre made 24 of 46 passes for 301 yards with two TD passes, overall he’s thrown for 566 yards with five TD’s with one interception. Their top RB Adrian Peterson had 19 carries for 85 yards, while top WR Chester Taylor made seven catches for 70 yards. Favre and his offense operated in a quick-rhythm passing game that utilized a host of screens and short crossing routes. The Vikings are getting great defense that currently sits third best at total yards allowed. They are fourth best against the pass and ninth best against the rush. Favre will have to watch for CB Charles Woodson who has 22 interceptions in 49 games with Green Bay. Favre was limited in practice Thursday because of a foot injury, but Vikings tight end Visanthe Shiancoe said the quarterback has been running around well this week. Recent Trends to Consider:
