This topsy-turvy NFL Season keeps getting stranger as it barrels into week six. Down is up, up is down, and nothing is a given as teams vie for supremacy in their respective divisions and conferences. NFL Week 6 Predictions at online bookmaker BetUS.com presents some critical match-ups as a few clubs teeter on the precipice of disaster while others look to get in the proverbial driver's seat. BetUS.com's top NFL Week 6 Predictions: Carolina Panthers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1.5): The Panthers are a different team with Jake Delhomme in charge and their 4-1 record is testament to not only his abilities, but also his leadership. Carolina has a few close wins, but the past two weeks they have soundly defeated a couple of lower class teams in the Chiefs and Falcons. The Bucs are coming off a difficult road loss, but they are tough team and they fight to the end in every game. A Panther win in this big NFC South match-up could give them a leg up in the division, but it will be anything but easy for John Fox's squad to get a victory. New England Patriots @ San Diego Chargers (-6): The Chargers started off the 2007 season on the wrong foot and they have done it again in 2008. Their defense has not played all that well and running back LaDainian Tomlinson has struggled to overcome a toe injury. They will need a stong effort this weekend to beat a Patriots team that has proven they still know how to win, even without Tom Brady at quarterback. Dallas Cowboys @ Arizona Cardinals (+5): After looking like a dominant team in their first three games, the Cowboys have been sloppy the last two weeks. They lost at home to a solid Redskins team and nearly let the winless Bengals back in the game last Sunday. The Cardinals have been up and down as well, but they can score points in bunches and they will test what has been a suspect Dallas secondary with great regularity this Sunday. Baltimore Ravens @ Indianapolis Colts (-4.5): Pre-season prognostications indicated that the Ravens were suppose to be one of the more hapless teams in the league this year. However, new Head Coach John Harbaugh has Baltimore playing a good brand of football despite narrow losses to the Steelers and the Titans. Their number one ranked defense will pose some serious problems to a Colts offense that has sputtered at times. The Indianapolis offensive line has had its share of difficulties protecting Peyton Manning in the early going.
