The Colts (4-0) beat Seattle 34-17 at home in Week 4 and sit atop the AFC South. QB Peyton Manning made 31 of 41 passes for 353 yards with two TD passes, overall he’s thrown for 1,336 yards with nine TD passes and three interceptions. Their top RB Joseph Addai had 12 carries for 46 yards with a TD, while RB Donald Brown had nine carries for 33 yards with a TD. Their top TE Dallas Clark made eight catches for 80 yards, while WR Reggie Wayne made six catches for 74 yards with a TD. DE Robert Mathis had a monster game leading the defense with three sacks and forced two fumbles. The Colts have won 13 consecutive regular-season games, the longest current streak in the NFL . QB Peyton Manning is completing a career-high 71 percent of his passes and is averaging a career-high 9.8 yards per pass attempt. And he's doing all of this by relying on a rookie WR Austin Collie and a second-year WR Pierre Garcon. He will no doubt look to exploit the Titans' league-worst pass defense. Manning is 9-5 in his career against the Titans with 23 touchdowns and 12 interceptions

The Titans (0-4) lost in Jacksonville 37-17 in Week 4 and sit dead last the AFC South. QB Kerry Collins made 29 of 48 passes for 284 yards with one TD pass, overall he’s thrown for 914 yards with five TD passes and six interceptions. Their top RB Chris Johnson had 16 carries for 83 yards, while top WR Kenny Brit made seven catches for 105 yards. WR Nate Washington also added a TD. The veteran QB Kerry Collins is not the sole reason why Tennessee has started 0-4 , but if he struggles early, the Titans may turn to Vince Young. With the Titans' defense not as stout as last year and the rushing attack inconsistent, Collins has been asked to do more and has not met the challenge, turning the ball over seven times in just four games. If the Titans don’t win or show brilliance it’s all over for their season. WR Nate Washington is going for a fourth straight game with a touchdown catch.
