The game between the two AFC squads is scheduled to kickoff at 1:00pm ET at Ralph Wilson Stadium; it will be broadcast live on CBS. 2010 NFL Picks, Predictions & Odds at online bookmaker SBGglobal.com have the game listed as a Pick'em and the game total set at 41.

Jaguars Breakdown: Jack Del Rio's Jags improved to 2-2 last weekend when a last second 59 yard field goal gave them a Jacksonville Jaguars vs Buffalo Bills 2010 NFL Picks, Predictions & Odds31-28 win over the Colts. Jacksonville, which is averaging a meager 17.8 points and 294.2 yards per game, had a big offensive day, relatively speaking, racking up 337 total yards and 20 first downs (converted 9-of-13 third downs).

David Garrard rebounded from three straight bad outings by throwing for 163 yards and two touchdowns while running back Maurice Jones-Drew accounted for 127 yards and two scores on 28 touches.

The Jaguars defense gave up 28 first downs and 406 yards to Indianapolis; however, they manufactured two turnovers, which proved to be the difference in the game.

Bills Breakdown: Buffalo saw its record drop to 0-4 under new Head Coach Chan Gailey last Sunday after the Jets came into Ralph Wilson Stadium and smashed the Bills 38-14. New York ran roughshod over Buffalo's hapless defense (31.2 points and 382.6 yards), racking up 25 first downs and 444 total yards. The Jets backfield rushed for 273 yards on 49 carries (5.6 ypc) as both LaDainian Tomlinson and Shonn Greene both topped the century mark.

The Bills offense, after playing well in a week three loss at New England, produced 12 first downs (0-for-10 on third down) and 223 total yards in the loss. Ryan Fitzpatrick did throw two touchdown passes and the rushing attack gained 114 yards on 16 carries, but the defense's inability to get the Jets off the field combined with the lack of third down conversions led to 19:31 of possession time.

NFL Picks Betting Trend: The Bills are 8-2 straight up and against the spread in their last 10 games as a home team with a spread between 0 and 3.5.
