Oakland Raiders vs New York Giants NFL Odds, NFL Predictions & NFL Picks: The New York Giants will meet their second consecutive AFC West foe today when they take on the Oakland Raiders at 1:00pm ET at Giants Stadium (CBS). The Giants can extend their record to a perfect 5-0 with a win against the 1-3 Raiders. Odds makers at Bodog.com seem to think that is a likely possibility as they have New York listed as a -( ) against the spread home favorite in their NFL Odds.

Raiders Breakdown: Oakland, despite having one more win than Kansas City, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Cleveland, and Oakland Raiders vs New York Giants NFL Odds, Predictions & PicksTennessee, has made a case over the past two weeks that it is worst team in football. The latest evidence was submitted last Sunday at Reliant Stadium where the Raiders lost 6-29 to the Houston Texans. Oakland quarterback JaMarcus Russell solidified his standing as the worst quarterback in the league, completing 12-of-33 passes for 128 yards. Russell's passer rating this season is now a pathetic 42.4.

Oakland produced just eight first downs, 165 total yards, and two third down conversions in the loss. The offense cracked the red zone just one time (it did not score) and turned the ball over three times.

Giants Breakdown: New York ran its record to 4-0 last weekend with a 27-16 pounding of the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. The Giants offense hummed its way to 21 first downs and 429 yards behind another stellar performance from quarterback Eli Manning. Manning connected on 20 of his 34 pass attempts for 292 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception. He hit emerging wideout Steve Smith 11 times for 134 yards and two scores.

New York's formidable rushing attack pounded out 156 yards at 4.7 yards a pop. Brandon Jacobs led the team with 21 carries for 92 yards.

Kansas City could do nothing against the Giants defense, posting a paltry 193 yards and 15 first downs. New York lived in the Chiefs backfield as they recorded five sacks, seven quarterback hits, and 10 tackles for loss.

Game Notes: Eli Manning is listed as questionable for today's game after suffering a foot injury in the win over Kansas City. If Manning is unable to play, veteran David Carr will get the start for New York. Oakland running back Darren McFadden will not play after injuring his knee against the Texans; he is will likley be out until at least week seven.

NFL Odds Betting Trend: Oakland is 6-0 against the spread and 5-1 straight up in their last six games as a road dog against an NFC East foe.
