Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Philadelphia Eagles NFL Predictions, NFL Odds & NFL Picks: Things do not get much better for the winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers today as they face a talented, healthy, and well-rested Eagles squad in Philadelphia. Buccaneers Breakdown: Tampa Bay fell to 0-4 last weekend and, despite Carolina's 0-3 record, put a stranglehold on last Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Philadelphia Eagles NFL Predictions, Odds & Picksplace in the NFC South. The Bucs put a scare in the Redskins in Washington, but came up short by a score of 13-16. Raheem Morris' offense continued to slide, posting just 12 first downs and 229 yards. Cadillac Williams led the ground attack with 16 carries for 77 yards.

The Bucs defense played a solid game, holding Washington to 14 first downs and 277 yards. They recorded three quarterback sacks, six tackles for loss, andnine passes defended. Second year cornerback Aquid Talib gave the offense more than enough opportunities as he picked off 'Skins quarterback Jason Campbell three times.

Eagles Breakdown: Philadelphia had a much needed bye last week, which allowed injuries to both Donovan McNaab and Brian Westbrook to heal. The two stars are ready to start in today's game against Tampa. As much as those two players mean to the Eagles, neither was needed in their pre-bye meeting with the Chiefs on September 27th at Lincoln Financial Field. Backup quarterback Kevin Kolb abused the KC defense, throwing for 327 yards and two touchdowns while leading the offense to 420 total yards and 21 first downs. Rookie LeSean McCoy filled in nicely for Westbrook, rushing 20 times for 84 yards and a touchdown in his first NFL start.

Michael Vick also saw some action for the first time in almost three years. Vick went 0-for-2 and rushed just one time for seven yards.

The Eagles defense held the hapless Chiefs to 11 first downs, 196 yards, and 0-for-11 on third down. They also had three sacks and five tackles for loss.

NFL Predictions Betting Trend: The Bucs are 3-1 against the spread in their last four games as a road dog versus an NFC East opponent with a spread between 41.5 and 44.
