Texans Breakdown: Houston lost for the second time in its last three games last weekend as the Giants came into Reliant Stadium and thrashed the Texans 34-10. Gary Kubiak's offense disappeared in the startling setback as his team produced a pathetic 11 first downs and 195 yards.
Quarterback Matt Schaub completed 16-of-34 passes for 196 yards and one interceptions while the league's leading rusher, Arian Foster, managed just 25 yards on 11 carries.
Houston's beleaguered pass defense watched the Giants Eli Manning throw for 297 yards and three touchdowns, helping to further solidify the team's 32nd ranking in yards per game allowed.
The 3-2 Texans, which are still seeking their first playoff appearance, are 0-2 at home since opening the season with a 34-24 victory over the Colts at Reliant Stadium.
